Meet Orane

Orane Barrett is the Executive Director at Kool Nerd Prep. Prior to joining Kool Nerd Prep, Orane was an Investment Banker at UBS Investment. Prior to UBS, Orane served as an Operations Manager at Intel Corporation. Originally from the island of Jamaica, Orane grew up in Jamaica, Queens. Orane holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester. As a social entrepreneur, Orane aims to address the workforce talent gap by cultivating a diverse talent pipeline for employers.
